Client Survey (as of May 2020)
After serving our clients, TSC will preform a survey to collect the feedback and comment from our non-profits and social enterprises clients on our services deliverable and quality, so as to understand the needs of client better and improve our services.
All (100%) respondents confirmed they will recommend TSC’s services to peers and over 70% strongly satisfied with the serviced delivered. Across the different sectors, clients confirmed they formed a clearer mission and strategy for way forward. On the operations front, they found efficiency gain around time saving, better team collaboration and higher confident level of their staff etc. The respondents also appreciated the collaboration opportunity sought with or through TSC and see TSC as their long term partner.
