May worked as the Associate Director and later on as the Director of Special Projects and Volunteer Development with Asian Charity Services, and had been responsible for organizing over 100 training and consulting projects for NGOs over a period of 7+ years. She was intricately involved in designing and managing new programs and projects to help build up nonprofit organizations’ capabilities.
John LOUIE
John has over 30 years of experience with multinational companies in the engineering and construction fields. In 2013 John started volunteering as a consultant with Asian Charity Services and became its Executive Director in 2015. He stepped down from his full-time role in October 2018 but continues to serve ACS as an advisor and volunteer.

Josephina’s specialty is primarily on assessment and counselling of the highly and profoundly gifted, programming for multiple exceptional educational needs (e.g. challenges of Asperger, ADHD, SID and or Anxiety), psychology of career development and psycho-spiritual guidance.
Nicola LI
Nicola engaged in community relations work early in her career during her Honors Degrees on Applied Economics in London, the UK, where she spearheaded the ‘Minority Ethnic’ project for Margaret Thatcher which was ultimately published in the House of Commons. She has since conceived multiple projects & social groups, including setting up a girl’s scout troop in Shanghai for international school.
Utilizing her natural skills in relations management, she has been a senior partner consultant for over 20 years; specializing in C-suite executive search for global organizations and conglomerates.

Charles Chan
I was attracted by the founder’s sharing on why there have come out such plan and TSC’s vision without hesitation. I immediately promised to support such meaningful ideas with my corporate human resource & people engagement experience, organization management & development background.
TSC is somehow supplemental to what the Hong Kong society misses currently in view of resources scarcity of different kinds among NGOs, social enterprises, and the community at large. With 3H concept as driving force, I believe TSC will be growing maturely as what the Vision states (Head – mind, Hands, Heart) for a better world.

Remember the first day I joined the TSC meeting, I was really anxious to be there. I really don’t know what can I do for TSC, don’t know how can help. But, after the first meeting, I saw a crowd of people full of passion floating around the meeting room. This is incredible and unbelievable.

Having worked for social sector for a few years including small to mid-scaled NGO at front line engaging beneficiaries and back office for fundraising campaign. I noticed for small-scaled NGOs, they often are founded by the most passionate individuals, trying their very best to fill in the need gap and to solve the problem. However, their works are always dragged by the deficiency or lacking a comprehensive operation system that could allow them to grow and prosper.
I think the most unique aspect of TSC is that the volunteers come from wide range of background and profession. They are all dedicated people, willing to learn, and eager to make changes. The knowledge and experience in TSC are invaluable. And yet, all of TSC begins with just a small idea. Someone will put the idea to bed because it might be too difficult to accomplish, but TSC team has the courage and dedication to make things happened.
